Great place to camp, maybe have better luck fishing elsewhere though
The park is very well maintained mowed weeds kept cut no garbage laying around I have to say the park commissioners are absolutely amazing one of the nicest ones I have ever met. All around great place to camp 2 hour drive but we'll worth it. It is beautiful there will continue going back
I love going to Prairie Rose lake,it's always clean,it's quiet and comfortable to sit back and drop a line in the water to see what you can catch,caught a mess of Yellow Perch the other day. There's also a public restroom that's walking distance from where I fish.
Beautiful park! Good fishing and a beach for swimmers. It has a hiking trail that I'd like to go on sometime.
Cabin rentals were amazing. Clean and well maintained and I like that it's set back from the main camping area. Enjoyed the trails and close proximity to shoreline for fishing
