Good place nice people really recommend this
Our experience was awful. Arrived as scheduled to pick-up our U-haul trailer. When we arrived the place was locked up and nobody there. We called U-haul and they attempted to call the business and the owner's cell phone and were unable to get a hold of him. The business next door was kind enough to make some calls to try and find him. We found out he had been drinking most of the day and was drunk somewhere. U-haul then sent us to Denison to pick-up a trailer which was another hour round trip out of our way. We reported our situation to U-haul management and will also be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn't set foot in this place again if you paid me. Horrible experience!
