Good service, done quickly.
Horrible service. Took a navigator here and they acted like they had never seen one before. All I had done was a oil change witch comes with a free inspection and have them look at my shifter to see if they could fix it so I don't have to override the switch to get it to shift. It took about 2.5 hours for them to do this. The inspection they did wasn't much of an inspection. They didn't even tell me my level air ride arms were zipped tied together witch I did long ago, till I can replace them. And took forever for them to look at the shifter to tell me they couldn't fix it with out a whole new shifter witch cost me over $45 for them to tell me that. And no one there knew how to even push the override button to get it out of park witch I thought was common sense for any mechanic. Its worth driving to Omaha instead.
I bought a 2005 f350 6.0. This place is terrible. they owed me a small repair. When I bought this truck I assumed they were decent people. I had to use my truck to finish a roof I was doing. after I tried to take my truck in to get that I owe you repair done. But it wouldn't start. The mass airflow sensor was out, 4 glow plugs was out and engine block heater. They never scanned it for issues. They low balled my trade in. Sold it for as much as they possible could. When I called them to see if they could help, tow it it they said they didn't have a tow truck. So finally I had a day warm enough to start this diesel. They had my truck from dec 6-feb 13. 8 days later I called to see where I was at. I was second in line. And somehow it took til feb 13 to finish. All they care about it pushing out broke vehicles as fast as they can. Knowing you'll come back for repairs. Horrible customer service/care. PLEASE do not go here. Even if you bought one here, get it repaired else where. It'll get done right and cheaper and wont take 2 months. I regret my purchase here. My truck has been in the shop longer then its been running. HORRIBLE PLACE
I would highly recommend nobody ever take their car here. I took my car here and had it fixed. The problem was only existing when the automatic headlights kicked on. When I picked it up, it was daylight. As soon as it got dark, I realized the problem was still there after paying $152.00 to have it fixed. I ended up having to drive it home from Omaha with no tail lights and no dashlights. I called the manager the next morning to ask for my money back and he insisted that if I brought it back, it would be repaired at no cost to me, but refused to give my money back. I took the car back and asked the manager how he could make this promise. He assured me he could. I told him I had a difficult time believing he could waive all cost if it ended up being an expensive part, but again, he insisted he could. I got a call the next morning from one of the mechanics stating the part for my repair would be over500 dollars. I asked to speak to the manager that made me the promise. He got on the phone and when I reminded him of the promise, he started screaming at me so loudly I had to put the phone down. I repeatedly tried to talk to him with some options, but he was screaming too loud to hear me. He then hung up on me. I live 17 miles away from the shop so I had already made 3 trips there in my car plus someone had to make 3 trips to follow me there or take me to pick it up. In the end my car is still not repaired and I asked for an apology from the manager (Randy), and was promised by the owner I would get one, but never did. The part we are now ordering is actually only a little over 200 dollars and we will be getting the car repaired at Wings Repair. My original request was to get the car as soon as possible, but it was over a week of insanity and my car was not fixed. The amount of disrespect I suffered was crazy! Sheila Griffen
Horrible Service. I would drag my vehicle across the country before I brought another vehicle here. This dealer has had our vehicle two weeks and only given a diagnosis. I approved the repair a week ago and my truck has been sitting since then because the mechanic is on vacation. Yes that"s right apparently only 1 mechanic can work on the truck because the others are not diesel certified. I spoke with the service manager and his response was if you don't like it take it elsewhere. This will be the last time this dealer sees any of our trucks.
